About the ERG & Members

The Event Resource Group (ERG) is a self-selected network of colleagues from a variety of departments across the University of Arizona campus who share ideas and resources for planning University of Arizona events.

This campus-wide initiative is led by the Presidential Events & University Ceremonies department. Responsible for coordinating and implementing large-scale events such as Commencement and events hosted by the Executive Office of the President. Presidential Events & University Ceremonies also leads the operations team for when the Arizona Board of Regents meetings are held on campus.

All members of the University of Arizona community are invited to join the growing network of the ERG to receive event communications and resources, professional development experiences, and networking opportunities. ERG members strive to meet on a quarterly basis to discuss event related university policy changes, share best practices and network.
